This little girl was named Fatima and nicknamed China (pronounced the Spanish way) because she looked like a little Chinese girl. She is an orphan at Hope of Life International (Esperanza de Vida) in Guatemala. She is beautiful and truly touched my heart while I was there. I cannot take credit for this photo, it was taken by my friend Rachel Savant but I feel it should be shared because she is a beautiful child, one of many, in orphanages around the world.
